Ingredients:
- 1 bag frozen pre-cooked meatballs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp A1 steak sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp minced onion (or sliced/chopped onion)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 cups wide egg noodles (or mashed potatoes)
Steps:
- Combine cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, A1 steak sauce, salt, pepper, parsley, onion powder, and minced garlic in the crockpot and whisk together well
- Add frozen meatballs and onion (minced or sliced/chopped)
- Stir well
- Cook on low for 4-6 meatballs until heated through
- After 4-6 hours and meatballs are heated through, stir in sour cream
- Prepare approx 4 cups of wide egg noodles, drain and then add to the crockpot. Stir well and serve
*Another option is to serve meatballs over mashed potatoes
My kids gave this a 8/10. Leftovers are pretty good as well.
