Ingredients:

  • 1 bag frozen pre-cooked meatballs
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp A1 steak sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp minced onion (or sliced/chopped onion)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 cups wide egg noodles (or mashed potatoes)

Steps:
  1. Combine cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, A1 steak sauce, salt, pepper, parsley, onion powder, and minced garlic in the crockpot and whisk together well
  2. Add frozen meatballs and onion (minced or sliced/chopped)
  3. Stir well
  4. Cook on low for 4-6 meatballs until heated through
  5. After 4-6 hours and meatballs are heated through, stir in sour cream
  6. Prepare approx 4 cups of wide egg noodles, drain and then add to the crockpot. Stir well and serve
*Another option is to serve meatballs over mashed potatoes

My kids gave this a 8/10.  Leftovers are pretty good as well.
